Overview

CEO / Vice President / Regional Manager / Supervisor with over 40 years international oilfield experience with key expertise in Fishing Operations, Drilling tools and Remedial Services including Work over of wells, P&A of wells, Platform abandonment, Slot recovery, re-drills, Packer milling and retrieval, Drilling Jar placement, Drill string technology, Specialist in reduction of axial and lateral vibrations within drill string components and placement and torque reduction on Horizontal and ERD wells.


Expertise working on both offshore and on land operations/locations worldwide.


With extensive international exposure within the Norwegian and UK sectors’, Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Middle East region and Latin America. 


Jens Christian Fredrichsen

Director


My background is 36 years in the Oil and gas, Marine Sector, Geotechnical / Geophysical site investigations Decommissioning covering wells P&A, top side heavy lift, subsea decom. Also, a qualified captain with many years’ experiences in renewables.
My professional network has been the North Sea, and global projects in West Africa, MENA region, Far East and Australia. I also project managed several southern subsea projects. Also, several deep-water decom projects with vessels in challenging water depths.
Having studied Climate change at the University of Cambridge, I am passionate about our marine environment and a qualified captain.
I have for the past 5 years built a relationship with many Energy companies within Decommissioning, and travelled extensively around Europe, and the UK promoting key service lines to the industry with regards to Decommissioning projects.
I also have an extensive network in Aberdeen with key organisations in the Decom market, and fully up to date with procedures and UK – DK – Global regulations.
For the past 5 years I have project managed several large wind projects in Estonia and the Baltics for Utilitas and Van Ord. My experience from a qualified captain covering all marine aspects involved in the start up and environmental stages to the ground investigation surveys and Geotechnical – Geophysical investigations. Also, UXO clearance and ROV and SUV mapping. I studied cable landings and nearshore Geophysics and expanded projects around Scandinavia and the Baltics.
My sales skills are to a high level and have many years’ experiences in marketing and customer relations up to government levels.
Having spent many years overseas living in the MENA region, Far East and Australasia as a senior Director Regional Manager responsible for in the region of 26 + countries.
My background has been Europe, CIS, Middle East, North Africa, Asia PAC Project start-ups, Asset management, Legal, Tenders, contracts engineering, Business development, P&A wells planning, manufacturing, CAPEX, budgets sales, and Business analyst / Financial, Revenue management.
Fully trained in Commercial / Asset management excellence, business ethics, contract management and have been credited for winning contracts more than $300 Million. With an overall business unit of $800 million+.
I have been responsible for small one country starts up projects, $10 Million 60 people up to $100 Million 500+ employees local and ex-pat.
I am excellent in sales and enjoy performing presentations around the globe. My team skills are excellent and lead by example. I can work with small groups and build the business or like in many of my past rolls over 6000 employees and revenue in excess $2 Billion.
Very Self-structured and self-motivated, but also a keen team player excellent in communication, Strong leadership skills Experience in stakeholders, and board of directors’ meetings. Experience in legal negotiations tender phase contracts.
